- [-] How can Exweb benefit my business?
- Exweb enables you to increase profitability by saving you time and money. It has been designed to support your key business processes enabling you to research, quote and apply for products all in one place.
- [-] Who can use Exweb?
- Companies that use our service must be authorised by the FSA or a recognised network/association.
- [-] Which providers support Exweb?
- We provide access to more providers and products than any other portal, making it the most comprehensive online trading portal in the UK financial services industry. A list of providers, sorted by product type, is available on our overview page.
- [-] How do I register?
- Simply complete the online application form or call our sales team on 0845 053 0490.
- [-] Can I submit New Business electronically via Exweb?
- Yes, Exweb enables full end-to-end electronic new business processing and ongoing policy servicing. You can submit new business in one of two ways either via the Exweb new business service or by linking to the provider extranet.
- [-] Can administrators/paraplanners use Exweb?
- Yes. As long as these users work on behalf of an authorised adviser they are welcome to use our service. The licence cost can be found within our Pricing tab. These licences ‘share’ new business application with their associated adviser meaning workloads can be coordinated easily.

- Our Customer Care Line is available from 8am–6pm Monday to Friday.
- [-] Do you offer introductory training?
- Yes. We offer a wide range of training courses ranging from beginners courses to more advanced programmes, designed to help you utilise the full service and gain all the benefits Exweb offers. These courses are held at various venues across the country. To find out more new users should call the telephone number above or current users can visit our training and events page in Exweb.

- [-] What do I need to use Exweb?

The recommended requirements to use Exweb are: Item Requirement Computer/Processor Intel pentium processor or equivalent. Memory At least 512 megabytes (MB) of RAM; more memory generally improves responsiveness. Display XGA (1024 x 768) or higher resolution monitor. Peripherals Broadband internet connection and connection hardware, mouse or other pointing device. Operating System Windows XP or higher. Browser Internet Explorer 7 (fully updated) Software Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.0. - available free from Adobe. (Please note that before installing a new version of Adobe Acrobat Reader you must remove any previously installed versions. ) The minimum requirements to use Exweb are: Item Requirement Computer/Processor Intel pentium processor or equivalent. Memory At least 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM; more memory generally improves responsiveness. Display XGA (1024 x 768) or higher resolution monitor. Peripherals Internet connection and connection hardware, mouse or other pointing device. Operating System Windows 2000. Browser Internet Explorer 6 (Service Pack 1) or higher. Software Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0.1 - available free from Adobe. (Please note that before installing a new version of Adobe Acrobat Reader you must remove any previously installed versions. )
